Assistant lecturer dr. Judit Siket studied Law and State Sciences at the University of Szeged (former Attila József University of Szeged) (1984-1989), where she further studied Economical Sciences (1993-1995) and Law of the European Union (2000-2002).
She worked at the Mayor’s Office of Szeged, from 1991 as deputy clerk (1989-2000), at Csongrád County Department of Hungarian State Treasury as director (2000-2004), at the Office of Csongrád County’s municipal council as county-clerk (2004-2007) and at the Administrative Office of South-East Region as head of the office (2007-2010). She’s been commencing Ph.D program course in 2011 at the Department of Public Administration Law and Financial Law, at Faculty of Law Szeged University, from September 2012 she is a research assistant of the Department. She teaches basics of public administration, public administration law, sectoral administration and other studies.
Her special field is local government structure, functions and management in Hungary and inter alia, in comparative international respect, furthermore alteration of administrative system, administrative procedures. She has already published a few essays.
